How do you apply 2 different horizontal rule styles in CSS?

chantellechanters asked: I want 1 blue line with a red line following underneath. I’m currently using: hr { height:0; border:0; border-top:1px solid #336699; } for my blue line but what do I need to do to create another style for the red one to sit underneath?
