So did you go into the movie even trying to enjoy it, or were you just thinking “This had better be as good as the play”?
I’ve seen the concert version, the play, and the movie, and I loved all three. They were all unique in their own ways and all the actors were great, bringing their own versions to the characters.
Oh, no, no. That’s not what I meant, I already know /that!/ xD;;
I mean, I don’t remember him singing in The Corpse Bride. Do you think you could dig up a song from The Corpse Bride somewhere on here and link me to it where he sings?
i did that first then told my parents and they were like “oh. okay. we’ll go rent the DVD then.” and i was like “SO I DIDN’T HAVE TO GO DIGGING THROUGH THE WEB TO WATCH IT?!?!!? GEE, THANKS!!” so i saw it either way ahahah xDDD
I’m a little shocked that people are bashing this movie. It’s a great work of Tim Burton and it proves further that all of the actoresses and actors in this movie are amazing at what they do and are great singers.
i hate how i had to wait for the DVD to come out cause my mom wouldn’t let me see it in theaters, but still.
very good.
i have to say that they sing quiet good, hearing that Depp hasn’t really sang in that many movies before. he thought he couldn’t sing but he turned out pretty dang good to me ^^
Helena too!

he didn’t actually sing in corpse bride. if you watch it, he never actually sings himself, though everyone else does.
