for the google adsense thing, whenever someone searches and clicks on an ad, is that a query? please help describe it to me. how much money do i get per query?
Clicking on an Adsense ad will take you directly to the advertiser’s website. It costs a company money every time their ad is clicked on. If you are running the Google ads on your website you will get paid a percentage if somebody clicks one of the ads from your site.
The amount you get paid varies. For example, companies that sell mortgages and pay for the key word “mortgage” in their ad can be charged high ad prices of between $1 to $3 per click because the key word “mortgage” is very competitive. You would get a percentage of that. The ad rates vary widely depending on the popularity of the key word or phrase. It is possible to find out what the rates are for the most popular key words and phrases but I think you have to sign up with Google Adsense first before you can get that info.
Google scans (or crawls) your website to determine the content and then automatically targets ads in their database to your website that are similar to the content of you website. So if your site is about dogs, Google will place ads for veterinarians or other animal related products on your site. You need to sign up for Adsense and install the ad code in your web pages before the ads will appear.
