I just added a video unit yesterday to my website and have immediately started earning money ($4.25 for 75 impressions and 4 clicks). My question: how much does an “impression” pay and how much does a “click” pay me?

So, to clarify. The adsense youtube units options is only available to the US and no other European or Asian country, is this correct guys? Before I end up pulling my hair out as the tutorial video does not match what you see on screen and the channels don’t work! Wouldn’t it be better to select the video content by searching you tube and clicking on a “add to your profile etc” so you can be specific to the content you want, just a thought!

Ok so I hit keywords for extremely popular YouTube partners and it NEVER returns the proper previewed videos if any videos at all.
I should just be able to select the YouTube channel Partner that I want and it asks me if I want to use all their videos or select videos? Then just monetize that.
I dare anyone to try to get a player for Danny’s channel “The Gradual Report”. It’s impossible to get video results. Without video results, there is no code. No code, no player. No player, no money.

Meant to add…and the only other thing I’m not too happy about, is that you can’t change the size of the player like you can a conventional one. This thing is HUGE! Also, does having this on your web page, limit the number of Google ads your allowed to place on that page?

I live in Japan and was able to put this on my site easily! The only thing I found wrong with it is the keyword function.
I typed in anything to do with learning English languages, and it said there were no videos available! Go figure! Still, it’ll be interesting to see how people use this new function.

I am in the US and I have an adsense account. I have gone to adsense and all it says on adsense is to go to youtube to download the player. But this video says to go to adsense and agree to the terms and download the player. But there is no “Agree to the terms to download player” on Adsense! Arrrgh this is soooooo annoying. How do I download the player????

I have followed the directions and there is no button to check to agree to the terms to let me download the player on adsense. Very irratating.

Sadly I think you need to become a Partner, I hope I am wrong though because I also want to add my ad’s on.
Also guys, I applied for Video Unit’s but have yet to add any but I have had 122 views and 9 clicks on them. Where are they showing up?
