   Flash Gordon. America’s answer to Godzilla in terms of completely random shit happens that you wouldn’t see even tripping out on acid! I love it!

    cheesy? wtf? There’s nothing cheesy about this. This is an epic tale of the fight between good and evil, much like the bible but without the incest and boring bits. I only wish we could all live in a Flashtopia like this. Flash Now, Flash Forever!

    This movie is awesome, don’t taint it’s memory by saying it’s “camp”, it’s just futuristic lol. Queen are awesome too even though I know they were poofs. lol

    Personally I think “Flash, Flash ! I love you… but we only have 14 hours to save the Earth” is one of the greatest movie lines of all time. A weak lead but sumptuously imagined and set with some very good support – Max Von Sydow, Brian Blessed, Timothy Dalton (pre Bond) – I expect future generations will venerate it for the camp classic it is…

    Great song but the movie was too campy for me, I believe riff raff from RHPS was in here.

    “Dispatch War Rocket Ajax to bring back his body!” That’s one of my faves especially with the Russian accent!
    Also, for some inexplicable reason, I always thought Ming said “fall on your screwdriver” instead of “fall on your sword”! I was only five at the time though!
