[Final Flash – What Could Have Been {Japanese}]
EDIT: Vegeta kills Cell with the Final Flash.
[There are some minor skips in the video during scene changes]
[I added extra scenes of other characters and their reactions to the Final Flash – because Toriyama usually made it so only the heroes get that sort of attention]
The history of anime begins at the start of the 20th century, when Japanese filmmakers experimented with the animation techniques that were being explored in France, Germany, United States and Russia.[citation needed]
Animation became popular in Japan as it provided an alternative format of storytelling compared to the underdeveloped live-action industry in Japan. Unlike America, where live-action shows and films have generous budgets, the live-action industry in Japan is a small market and suffered from budgeting, location, and casting restrictions.
During the 1970s, there was a surge of growth in the popularity of manga comics — which were often later animated — especially those of Osamu Tezuka, who has been called a “legend”[1] and the “god of manga”.[2][3] As a result of his work and that of other pioneers in the field, anime developed characteristics and genres that are fundamental elements of the art today. The giant robot genre (known as “mecha” outside Japan), for instance, took shape under Tezuka, developed under Go Nagai and others, and was revolutionized at the end of the decade by Yoshiyuki Tomino. Robot anime like Gundam and Macross became instant classics in the 80s, and the robot genre of anime is still one of the most popular in Japan and worldwide today. In the 1980s, anime was accepted in the mainstream in Japan, and experienced a boom in production (It should be noticed that, Manga has significantly more mainstream exposure than anime in Japan). The mid-to-late ’90s, on into the 2000s, saw an increased acceptance of anime in overseas markets.
“Dragon Ball, which appeared in manga-comics in the mid ’80s is what really set the tone for original & innovative manga and anime. During the 1990’s Dragon Ball was pronounced the “One of the most original & ground-breaking anime in history” – While the manga and animated series may be immensely popular, most anime fans have found most of what they’ve been waiting for in new animes, like Naruto. The anime Naruto is what’s based on the comic by a Japanese artist who was influenced by Akira Toriyama.
While Dragon Ball may not contain a very definitive & complex plot, the originality of concepts are apparent in the drawing styles, the fighting (assocating with Chi energy) & the fantasy-like story. The idea of a story containing elements from Dragon Ball albeit an average plotline and character development is any anime fan’s dream; People should never forget the ingenious of a man who began everything for intense & exciting anime.”

Later, Vegeta yells for Cell to challenge his Final Flash’s power with his strength. The meanings, and projections from one character to another really ..are.. not that much different, in either language, especially when you know the scenario …

One can watch a visual act between two people and put dialogue to it in their head, and it’s probably not far off from the connection of energy between the two really is, based on body language. For example, we know #16 raised his hand and moved in on Cell. Cell sensed(or heard) this, and told #16 to back up. I added a curse to it.

is what you read in the subtitles made by Americans or otherwise Japanese who understand English, is only just a general meaning, which can be ambiguous, and relies simply on several things, such as how one verbalizes a statement or a question, its context, and in what fashion it is responded to. There are many factors; though, the nouns, vowels, verbs, proverbs, etc., are still mildy-to-heavily different than ours. I can’t speak Japanese, but I understand the basic mechanics of all languages..

What some people don’t understand, is in general, the translations of one language to another, and language as a whole. When the series was translated and re-written for an American audience, the writers still kept a lot of the general dialects in conversation, and overall to have the same effect. Another thing that people probably don’t understand about Japanese language,
