How do I open a html using a flash movie?

I have a website that has 2 forms, 1 for my menu and 1 for everything else. The 1st form is a flash swf and the 2nd form is(will be) a css html file.
How can I use flash to open a specific html in the 2nd form?

Please help me lovely people!

Ok in your flash make link of your html file and select target _self
and when you click you flash’s link it will open it in parent window ;))))
