How would you implement this navigation bar in Dreamweaver (CS3)? Just inserting it as a flash application doesn’t seem to enable you to make the drop down menu “hang over” any html content…
Wonderful tutorial. It worked flawlessly for me, and the tint at the end was a fab touch. Thanks very much! Only problem is that the Youtube player ‘snaps’ to certain points.
Hi,your tutorial was really good…i made an awesome looking nav bar..but the problem is when i select any of the buttons, actions panel tells me that”Current selection can’t have actions applied to it”…i have tried everything….but it’s not working…..
I am using FLASH CS3 PROFESSIONAL and i opened the new document as FLASH FILE(ACTION SCRIPT 3.0)..help me..i really want to make this nav bar work…
i am following this right now, but i dont get it, in the end you just say “but since it’s all a movie, we can change the color” or w/e, i dont get it? how did all them layers become just 1 layer, and apparantly a whole movie. i cannot figure it out, it’s probably rly simple tho 😀
its not working for me T_T ive tried twice and followed this perfectly… and it dont work i hit control enter and when i slide my mouse over it nothing happens… i even went to the library and hit play and it worked there but when i do it in flash player it dont work T_T

Man i quit you talk to fast.

you need to slow down when you talk. it saves users playing the video 10 times every time you do something, no offense.

You talk and explain to fast like everybody knows what you’re talking about… Need to be more specific in the commands
