    What a poor voice of Perry, who required Japan to lift the national isolation.
    The man speaking is probably a Japanese.
    He is playing a role of Perry, speaking in Japanese full of dialects of a foreign person, and is trying and struggling to persuade Japanese people to open Japan, sometimes resenting, being irritated, flattering, despising, joking, coaxing, and insisting the good points of opening.
    Such ways of speaking sound so amusing for Japanese people who watch this vedio.
