How can I add music to a site that doesn\’t allow Javascript or Css sheets?

Well I like making layouts and things like that. I’ve recently joined this horseland site that doesn’t allow Javascript or Css. I’m lost because I’ve never came across a site like that. I wanted to add a RaidoBlog palyer to my homepage but it won’t allow me to do so either way. So is there a way to add videos and music to Horseland?
