   Effectiveness is not going to increase by changing the PPC provider.

   Effectiveness increases by modifying your ad, testing, and improving your landing page content.

   Cost decreases when you fine tune the niche and the keywords your going after. You will also get better rates per click, with improved conversions.

   What is your reason for changing PPC providers?

   I heard of a site in which you could buy banners for a dollar a month. Although I don’t remember the name now, maybe you can find some good options on that niche.
