How do i center font vertically using html?

Please don’t tell me I should be using CSS, I know this but this is for an assignment and were supposed to use html. Ok, so I could google it and im sure I’d find it, but there are some other things involved too. I want it to “float” to the right of the picture, but the picture is centered and I still want the picture to be centered.
Does any know if/how you can do this?
