I need a free HTML Coder to code my site that I can stay in contact with by Email or live messenger. I need them just to take details, and they supply the images and design.
You can meet one, start dating them, fall in love…
Then they might do it for free… Maybe.
Until then, you’re just gonna have to be a little less cheap.
You didn’t mention what type of site – depending on what you want may affect the type of people potentially willing to do it for you.
Try asking university students – they’ll likely have enough spare time and might be willing to do it for experience and/or to build up a portfolio.
However, if you want a professional developer, you probably wont find one who will do it for free – and it’s even less likely that you’ll find one who can code well, design well, and still do it for free.
Learning how to do it yourself is certainly an option – Aptana is an acceptable IDE, and if you don’t want to learn code I think Dreamweaver is still a popular application.
