   Where at in Northern Utah? some resources you might want to google are, “Granite school district, continuing education,” “Jordan School District, continuing education.”

   The University of Utah, and Utah State, both have satellite campuses all over the state. They teach both degree-seeking, and non-matriculated students.

   BYU has some community education, but I think you have to sign a pledge not to drink booze or coffee while attending. Plus their football team cheats.
