   They don’t have a phone number for technical support.

   if you have a basic question, you can always try the support forum, where other Adsense publishers can give you some advice.

   Google does not provide technical support via phone, only through the contact us form on the Adsense site

   BUT — if you are a premium publisher or have been assigned an Adsense optimization representative, then they give you the phone number to call your rep.
