If you just do it few times a months and get somthing like 1 dollor a month maybe ok. Google keep analyze the traffic/click and will suspend your account if you do fraud.
Absolutely not. Google will disable your AdSense account if you do this — and they *can* tell your clicks from others. This is their policy, and it is enforced.
Unless you want to be kicked out from Google Adsense — NO. Don’t click on your own ads. Google’s business is advertising, and they’re hard at work protecting their advertisers by making sure they catch most cheaters — and that is what you are planning to do, cheat the advertisers.
I suggest you read the Program Policies again and again

Prohibited Clicks and Impressions
Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or impressions, incentives to click or to generate impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.

Instead of thinking of ways of cheating Adsense, why don’t you focus your energies on building traffic and writing great content and getting income the honest and honorable way.
