    It blocked *known spam* – I still receive a bit – no email client is 100% safe from spam, but GMail is 99.9% safe 😀

    mark stuff as spam; you;ll get less. And if you want to see all the spam that ISN’T in your inbox, just go to your spam folder and marvel at it’s girth.

    Well done. This proves why Google is much better than the rest when it comes to free mail accounts.
    1) The spam filter really works.
    2) They do give a toss about it
    3) They are willing to go on camera and make fools of themselves to push the idea further.

    Like to see Microsoft do the same thing.

    Are you nuts? That was great. They (google) got on camera and told their story. Ask the people at AT&T to do that, and you’ld get arrested.

    ATT gives out 500MB, only after bumping it up from 25 and 5MB. I kept the AT&T email, just to see how much it would suck. I’ll never understand how they could suck so badly. Glaringly.
