   If you’re trying to teach yourself to be a web developer, you should get your own host. You should look up Shared hosting, of which lots of companies offer VERY inexpensive plans, down to like $1 a month.

   With your own host, you get experience working with servers, and everything is completely customizable.

   Look up answers for recommended web hosts to get some idea of what people are using.

   There should be a way to upload it to your file directory when you log in. Just be sure to add a link to that file within the head tags of your html pages.
