How do I open html files that I have created on my desktop?

Before I installed the new Internet Explorer 7, when I opened my browser, I could go to “file” “browse” and select an HTML file, which I created in notepad to open on my desktop. I cannot find that capability now.

Right click and choose Open with… Internet Explorer

You can

1) Drag the file into IE
2) Hit Ctrl-O then browse
3) Right click the file and select Open With>Internet Explorer
