My favourite site for short, quick, and easy tutorials is. The list of different languages and programs that the site has tutorials for are listed on the left sidebar. I think this is an excellent time-saving site, provided you already have at least some prior knowledge of web languages and technologies, and at least some programming knowledge or experience.
I like SitePoint.com They have excellent resources and tutorials and have forums to post and answer questions. Also Adobe, formerly Macromedia has some great resources on learning CSS as well.
It’s broken down by category and highlighted for the real good links. It’s a collection of CSS infomation and training from all over the internet. You’ll find a number of the links already suggested included in this resource.
