   Not clear about your question

   Adsense is a free program run by google. You sign up for it free and this allows you to display google ads on your website and get paid everytime someone clicks on it .

   Adwords is a different program also run by google. With adwords, you create an ad for your website and display it in the google search engine results pages and other Google associate sites.

   Whenever people see your ad and click on it, you have to pay a small amount [pay per click program] Now if it is adwords you meant, i advise that you do not get involved until you have lerned more about it

   Google Adsense can probably be used for any site. To calculate how much to spend on ads, you should decide how much you are willing to spend per click, and per day. The higher you spend, the higher your ad will appear.
