Dear Friends,
Please guide me about the basic concept and steps to follow while working with Google Adsense and with our own Google Blog. I have tried a lot to find tips and ideas with Help pages of Google Adsense. However could not clear the ideas about Adsense for Content, Search. Where to give our own website address at Adsense ? (At Add New Channel or anywhere else?) I request you to please guide me suitably.

You don’t have to give your website address to adsense to create the code. Just have the code created, and paste it in your website’s code where you want it to occur.
You can find more info on Adsense at, feel free to mail me or add comments to ask more questions.

Hello,
Well… You’ve just made the smart move and created your first Adsense account…
Here great thing about Google Adsense is that they (Google Adsense) make this part extremely easy for you unlike a lot of other scripts that almost require a degree to place together!
Here are the 10 easy steps to creating and adding your Google Adsense to your websites:
* Log into your Google Adsense Account
* Click on “Adsense Setup”
* Click on “Adsense for Content”
* Click on “add Unit” use the scroll button to go to “text only ads” (unless you want image ads on your website) then click on “Continue”
* Go to “Format” and choose which format you want. Do you want the skyscraper ad? The leader board ad? Square shaped ads? Once you’ve shown one then move on to step six
* Choose your coloring
* Decide whether you want to track your ads or choose alternate ads (if you’re not sure, you can leave this on the default for now until you learn more)
* Click continue to get your code
* Copy & paste your code
* Paste the Google Adsense code into the website you want it to appear at. Upload your webpage.
That’s it! You’re done.
good luck…..
regards,
raom.

Google Adsense for Search is different than Adsense for Content but it is just as important to your earning power with the Google Adsense program.
Just like Adsense for Content places targeted ads on your content pages, Adsense for Search places targeted ads on the results page of the search set in motion on your page.
You can use the standard Google search box on your site and the user can then search the web or even your site.
